Pickups start at 07:00 am, depending on the location of your hotel or meeting point the time will be assigned

  • Meeting point for downtown hotels: Oasis Smart Cancun.

  • Pickups in the Hotel Zone of Playa Del Carmen.

  • Meeting point for inaccessible hotels: Cocobongo.

  • In the city of Tulum, there is only one meeting point and that is Super Aki on Avenida Federal. There is no other place to pick it up.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

For clients staying in Tulum or outside of Playa Del Carmen, the stop on 5th avenue will be skipped.
